our 2018 in tiny one second little snippets. I love this way of documenting. Valentine’s Day 2017, Mikayla’s last winter concert of high school!! They blow. Me. Away. Every time. Mikayla had a few solos this concert & she did amazing. This was her first concert being asked to stand after her solo. Seriously, made me cry. Amazing job mikayla & the Millard west band. I will miss these days.
2016, Mikayla’s final marching band season!! for days I have been gathering photos & videos from this past marching season & I think I am finally ready to put them all together. so yah, just us, spinning, getting dizzy, being dorks, laughing, enjoying a moment of sunshine. she makes me laugh. she keeps me young. she brings me simple joys. she reminds me that sometimes you just need to twirl in the back yard & that is ok!! love you something fierce baby girl.
